EuroFIR AISBL has the status of an International non-profit association. It has the following bodies and officials:

• General Assembly representing Full & Ordinary Members (excluding Individual & Student membership categories)
• Executive Board whose role it is to ensure the proper functioning of the Association, to supervise the activities of the Managing Director, to advise the Executive Director in the management of the Association and the realization of its objectives
• Managing Director who is responsible for the daily operation and business of the Administrative Office of the Association including the legal, procedural accounting, procedural fiscal matters and meeting minutes
• Secretariat (administrative office) provides support to the Managing Director in their capacity to carry out the day-to-day operations.
