The Food Composition Reports page:

Food composition data are published in many environments as scientific papers, as laboratory reports, as project reports, etc.

In order to keep track of the reports that do not enter the scientific literature, these pages will try to follow this socalled "grey literature" until the EuroFIR Literature Database is up and running.

This website is under constant development and the current layout presented as an example of how the EuroFIR Technical Website could appear. It is given as part of the EuroFIR Prototype given in the EuroFIR Technical specifications report. The website and its pages are optimized for a screen resolution of 1024*768 or higher....(more to come).
