Journal articles

The majority of journals relevant to food composition studies are covered by either the PubMed or Agricola bibliographic databases.  These records are collected together in EBI's CiteXplore database, together with records added to the system by the EuroFIR project for further journal articles, reports, books, posters and other types of document.

CiteXplore searching

The CiteXplore database contains well over 20 million bibliographic records, the majority of which are sourced from PubMed.  The EuroFIR subset of the database includes nearly 10,000 documents, with the core journals Food Chemistry and Journal of Food Composition and Analysis having 100% coverage.  The following links provide convenient access to CiteXplore searching and further information:
