In 2020, stakeholders were defined and identified with a view to developing the PERSFO identity and raise awareness.

In 2021, the potential for a market roll-out of the app or platform and/ or development of further personalised services will be explored. A spin-out company is planned for 2022, but may be initiated earlier if investment can be attracted. Activities include refining and agreeing a business model and structure as well as responsibilities, identifying potential investors and clients, and working with A2107 to raise the profile of PERSFO amongst stakeholders and establishing a marketing strategy.

Personalized and connected food service providers (PERSFO, Project ID 20291) has received funding from EIT Food, the innovation community on Food of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the EU, under Horizon 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
