A2107 Dissemination, Communication & Engagement | Dissemination & Events | EuroFIR

Although led by EuroFIR AISBL, all beneficiaries and task leaders are expected to identify and exploit opportunities for dissemination and engagement and be involved as multipliers, sharing information with their networks.

This collaborative approach is vital, given the diversity of PERSFO beneficiaries, from ICT specialists to diet and health researchers.

Dissemination and communication actions are described in the PERSFO Dissemination, Communication and Engagement Plan (OUT01), which covered two years (2020-2021) with more detailed information for the first year (2020). The plan describes realistic timeframes, budgets, and (human) resources as well as tools and materials that are targeted to audiences, and quantifiable steps towards the various goals.

Such a plan is essential in implementing an inclusive and informative identity for PERSFO, including branding and key messages.

In 2020, outputs have included the PERSFO branding, colours and logo, development of the microsite, social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn) and dissemination materials (e.g. fact sheet). Printed materials, such as leaflets and posters, are being developed as needed. However, stakeholder engagement is vital to ensure PERSFO is fit-for-purpose and identification of those interested in the activities is essential to achieve appropriate outreach. In 2021, dissemination activities will build on community of interested parties, aligned with business activities and research achievements, focusing on stakeholder engagement and raising the profile of PERSFO.

If you are interested in learning more about PERSFO or being kept up to date, send your detail using our contact form.

Academic outputs (e.g. peer-reviewed papers, oral and poster presentations) will be communicated via traditional routes, such as journals and conferences. Other activities are reported in News.
