As a frontrunner in Food Robotics and AI, Alberts was pleased to be back at World Food Innovate to bring delegates the story of the last five years. Glenn was excited to share honest insights into Alberts’ portfolio extensions towards hot drinks resulting in delicious soups and expansion from robotics towards AI through PERSFO, funded by EIT Food and focusing on healthy personalised nudging to improve the health of the 100 million consumers served daily by Sodexo.
