Since its creation in 2009, EuroFIR AISBL and our Members have produced more than 100 publications in the fields of:

What are they about?

Some publications are the results of the five-year Network-of-Excellence, funded by the European Commission's Research Directorate General under the "Food Quality and Safety Priority" of the Sixth Framework Programme for Research and Technology Development. Others are the results of NEXUS, funded by the European Commission's Seventh Framework Programme. There are also publications from the International Food Data Conference (2014-2016) and from special issues of Food Chemistry.
