Organized by Biomedia (IT), with the collaboration of INU - Italian Society of Human Nutrition and ASAND - Association Scientific technician of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics.
Objectives the course:
1) Become familiar with the historical and current context of the food composition databases in Italy and in the worldwide.
2) Learn the main characteristics of the various existing food composition databases, for a more appropriate use
3) Deepen the contexts of use of those tools

13th International Conference on Protein Stabilization

This conference will be organized by University of Food Technologies (BG) and Gebze Technical University (TR) with help from the European Section of Applied Biocatalysis (ESAB) of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB). Hosted by the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv, ProStab’2021 will cover all aspects of protein chemistry, biochemistry and application as well as advanced biotechnologies in this field. The main aim of the symposium is to promote exchange of information among academic and industrial researchers regarding technologies utilising proteins to produce useful products and services.
